This page explains what personal data BABSfit collects through this website, why, and how it is handled.
Who this applies to
BABSfit is a coaching practice run by Barbara Rubin, trading as BABS Bone Broth (KVK: 91072700, registered address: Rietdekkerstraat 5, 5405 AX Uden). This policy covers personal data collected through babsfit.babsbonebroth.com.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), which coaching service you're interested in, what you'd like help with, and your preferred days or times (optional). We do not collect any data automatically — this site does not use analytics, tracking cookies or third-party advertising scripts.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a free introductory call, and provide coaching services if you choose to work with us. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How it's stored
Contact form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and delivered by email to Barbara Rubin. Only Barbara has access to this information.
Payments
Payments for coaching services are handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own secure payment pages. This site never receives or stores your card details.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our coaching relationship plus any period required by Dutch tax and administration law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (AVG in the Netherlands), you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, contact Barbara directly at barbara@babsbonebroth.com.
